Open Arts families, it's time to 'Press Start' on autumn! Our favorite tradition is back and we're blending all the cozy, classic fun of our Fall Festival and Open Talent Night fun with the video game excitement of our "Press Start, Open Arts" theme!
Join us on Friday, October 16th for an evening packed with video-game and fall-inspired crafts, challenges, community, and incredible local talent. It's the perfect night for players of all ages.
Our Fall Festival & Open Talent Night is always FREE and open to the public, but be sure to bring cash or venmo for our Bake Sale & Chili Tastings. PLUS! Don't forget to bring a donation to support our BFF Food Drive. Grab your friends and get ready to celebrate with us. Read on to learn about all of the event details & to sign-up for events.
🎮 The Fall Festival - 5:30-7:00pm
The festival will feature fun for the whole family, including:
Pixel-Pumpkin Decorating: Turn your fall pumpkin into a custom 8-bit character, Minecraft block, or video game icon with our pixel-pumpkin craft!
The Mario Kart Challenge:Â Pit your "driving" skills against others in our life-sized Mario Kart relay race.
The High Score Play Zone: Bounce & Slide in our Video Game Themed Bounce House
Fall Favorites: Plenty of treats at our Bake Sale, the return of our Chili Cook-off, photo ops, dance party, and so much fun!
🎙️ Open Talent Night - 7:15pm
As the Festival Fun comes to an end, the main event is on! We are looking for singers, dancers, comedians, musicians, and performers of all styles & ages to select their character and hit the stage!Â
The Ultimate Power-Up:Â The Audience Choice & Director's Choice winners from this night are invited to perform their act on stage at our Holiday Spectacular on December 5th!Â
🏆 The Chili Cook-Off Tournament (at Fall Festival 5:30-7:00pm)
Calling all culinary masters! Do you make the best, most legendary chili in the land? The Open Arts Chili Cook-Off Challenge is coming back for a 2nd Year and we want YOU to participate! No entry fee this year, just the opportunity to share your tasty talents with our studio families. Our festival attendees will taste them all and one true champion will be crowned.
The Grand Prize: The cook-off winner receives ONE FREE MONTH OF TUITION at Open Arts!
